Image Resolution: 300 DPI or over
Image Colour: CMYK for all images
Safe Zone: 3mm away from trimmed edge (Avoid placing important text or images within 3mm of the edge)
Bleed: 3mm all around the edge of the artwork - in the background colour(s) or image(s)
File Format: Hi-Res PDF, JPEG, TIFF, EPS, PSD, and AI
File Size: No limits but make sure that you're able to upload the file on your email, if not useWETRANSFER TO SEND.

When You Provide Design:
5 working days to dispatch from the day artwork is provided and meets our design guidelines.
When We Create Design:
3 working days for design, 5 working days to dispatch once design is approved by you.
NOTE: We can't be held liable for any delays caused due to incorrect artwork supplied by you or delays in approving or making changes to the artwork we supply.
